OUR TRAINING STRUCTURE 

We train once a week on Sunday mornings!

Times

  • Juniors (age 10 to 13 years ) : 9h15 - 10h15

  • Youth (age 14/15years) : 10h15 - 11h15

  • Adults (age 16 and above) : 11h15 - 12h45

 

Requirements

  • Willingness to train & learn as part of a team.

  • Adherence to the code of conduct set out by the club.

  • Respect for each other and the coaches.

 

Expectations

  • To work as a team player not as an individual.

  • To show a respectful attitude towards the club members.

  • To develop a good understanding of the rules of the game & of the tactical/analytical side of the game.

  • To develop spatial awareness, aerobic & anaerobic fitness.

  • To develop strength, speed, stamina & agility.

  • To develop ball handling & footwork skills.

  • To play in any position as requested.
